“Britta is truly lovely and is an amazing dog trainer. She uses only positive training methods, which is so important to build the bond with your pup and to ensure a happy and well-adjusted life. She has years of experience both with dogs and other animals, due, for example, to her time at the zoo. She is skilled at explaining the reasons behind her approach. And she makes sure that her clients never feel foolish or incompetent (even when I obviously was!), instead helping us to find the approach that works best for what we need in our own lives/homes and given our own skills/limitations as dog trainers. She did a great job involving my kids in the process as well, which is helpful both to me and puppy.

We worked with Britta both in private lessons at our home and by attending a puppy class that she ran. Both were helpful and well-structured. Several times when I had questions about a particular issue, she sent me supplemental articles from her library, and followed up with tips and advice by email/phone or text. I was impressed with her dedication and professionalism. Needless to say, our puppy adores Britta, and we would recommend her unconditionally.”
