“He was great with us at home, but reactive to strangers at the front door and in the car. We couldn't walk him because we could not trust his behavior.”We figured we'd only be comfortable at home with him and we resigned ourselves to that until....we saw Britta's Animal Training mentioned on the Alma instagram. Alma is the rescue that we adopted him from- they are wonderful . We reached out to Britta and asked if she thought she could help us. She said yes, and from our first meeting we had a great experience with Britta's form of training which is fear free and force free. She gave us realistic expectations for Alfie and taught us so much . The tools she gave us have been so helpful and Alfie has become a much easier dog to manage. Britta is organized, on time, and very knowledgeable . She is kind and professional and you can feel the love she has for animals. Alfie is never going to be a dog who follows every command but we love him and he is so much improved since we trained with Britta. He misses her and knows her name. I know that we will call Britta again for refreshers and any new behaviors that arise. she helped us to understand Alfie and we are so grateful to her.”
